  • In successful projects ideas and design principles for sustainable development were created in productive multidiciplinary design & research environments. Then these ideas were tested and implemented on site in real urban growth & rehabilitation situations.POET Engineering Consultants thereby created an important example basis and verification projects for many of the now current principles of regional & urban planning taught globally for sustainable human habitat creation.

  • Together with partner company IfEU GmbH projects were successfully executed from research concept development through urban planning and zoning to on site development & project management & PPP facilitation, energy supply system development to final result and performance validation research.

  • In cooperation with VOEST ALPINE KREMS FINALTECHNIK, VAU, KFW Pipes and the Technical University Wien - IVV the technology of the utility tunnel was significantly advanced in its technical development and its operational parameter definition.
